Scope of Position
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Telecom Analyst to optimize client accounts by auditing invoices, analyzing technology services and network data, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. This role involves evaluating billing accuracy for multiple telecom service types, ensuring compliance with contracts, and implementing approved recommendations to achieve optimal cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to deliver actionable insights and maintain strong relationships while managing technology accounts and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Audit telecom invoices using both automated tools and manual reviews to identify discrepancies and errors.
- Analyze client technology services, network, and billing data to establish baseline costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing contracts, billing, and audit results for internal teams and clients.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes by liaising with carriers and preparing comprehensive documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of technology accounts and inventory using proprietary applications.
- Develop and present cost-savings recommendations to clients, managing the implementation of approved changes.
- Participate in client-facing and internal meetings, delivering presentations and creating custom reports as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of regular client reports, adhering to established timelines.
- Support the sales team with data analysis and client interactions as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
