Opportunity
PeopleTec is currently seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support our Ft. Bliss, TX location. The successful applicant will act as an ISSO and provide Cyber Security support for the Capabilities Development & Integration Cell (CDI Cell). The ISSO will be part of a team that develops Information Assurance programs and procedures for CDI Cell's NIPR, SIPR, VTC, and multiple classified enclaves. Duties Include:- Manage file share and provide Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation support for classified enclaves via Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Security Technical Information Guide (STIG), Security Readiness Reviews, and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans
- Configuration, installation and administration of NIPR and SIPR clients and devices throughout the networks for CDI Cell
- Serve as COMSEC hand receipt holder for CDI Cell
- Responsible for ensuring keying material is controlled and manage in accordance with COMSEC procedures and regulations
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:- RMF compliance and STIG experience
- Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (EMASS)
- Experience with the administration of NIPR and SIPR clients
- Experience with COMSEC
- Microsoft Professional certification
- Active Security CE certification (or another DoD 8570 certification)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
- An Associate's degree and 6 years of relevant experience are required.
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Current SSBI adjudication & IT-1 qualified (Required for NIPR/SIPR System Administrators)
- Current CompTIA A , Network Certifications
- Demonstrated ability to Plan, Configure, Deploy and Manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) IT-related systems and networking infrastructures
