PeopleTec is currently seeking a Junior Operations Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.
PeopleTec is currently seeking motivated Junior Operations Analyst to support our team in project planning, marketing, communications, and stakeholder engagement for a product development contract. This individual will assist in the execution of operational initiatives, provide analytical support, and enhance communication strategies to improve efficiency and engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced defense contracting environment.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
Project Planning & Coordination:
- Assist with project scheduling, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Support the development of project documentation, reports, and briefings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Product Marketing & Communications:
- Help develop and execute marketing strategies to support business development and stakeholder engagement.
- Draft content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, presentations, and social media updates.
- Assist in maintaining branding consistency across company materials.
Stakeholder Engagement & Product Development Support:
- Support coordination between internal teams, government customers, and industry partners on a product development contract.
- Assist in gathering and consolidating stakeholder requirements to ensure alignment with contract objectives.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and project success.
- Help prepare stakeholder engagement materials, such as briefings, status updates, and feedback reports.
- Support the organization of meetings, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase product progress and gather stakeholder input.
Operational Support & Analysis:
- Conduct research and provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in process improvement efforts by analyzing current workflows and suggesting enhancements.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for projects and initiatives.
- Travel: 10 %
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Candidates are required to obtain Secret clearance after hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
