PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Space, Cyber, and Operations Strategist to support our Colorado Springs, CO location.
The candidate will serve as a liason between engineering development teams and perform as strategy advisor to customers/stakeholders and end users for a cyber range development effort.
Duties
- Interact with government stakeholders for cyber range design, development, and integration activities
- Support cyber exercise scenario planning and execution activities
- Coordinate requirements and user feedback with cyber engineering development team
- Provide senior space operational expertise support to development team
- Support development and integration roadmap planning for cyber range development efforts
- Support cyber test events
- As effort grows, lead multidisciplinary teams in support of cyber test and training range development and integration efforts.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 20 years of space operations subject matter expertise with extensive demonstrated leadership
- Demonstrated operational leadership shaping Cyber training/exercise support
- Direct experience leading the development and evaluation of Space or service component space plans and operations.
- Extensive exercise staff supervision and senior SME support
- Travel: 15-25%
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
- Bachelors degree with Master's preferred. 20 years of space operations policy and cyber exercise participant experience.
- Prior experience directing cyber exercise staff, and/or leading space component operations supported by cyber exercise staff
- 20 years of space operations experience
- USSF/ Service/ Component Space Operations strategy and leadership
- Prior training development experience

Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
