PeopleTec is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, multi-disciplinary IDIQ program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) / Missiles and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) in Huntsville, AL. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing complex technical programs, multidisciplinary teams, and high-profile customer engagements while ensuring program success and corporate alignment.
Duties:
- Serve as the primary interface between PeopleTec and the customer, ensuring strategic alignment with mission priorities.
- Oversee technical, schedule, and cost performance across all aspects of a mission-critical IDIQ program.
- Lead the development and delivery of technical analysis products, capabilities, and solutions supporting MSIC operations.
- Drive collaboration across teams, including internal personnel, partner organizations, and external vendors, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in product and service delivery.
- Build and execute staffing strategies, ensuring the best talent is recruited, retained, and aligned with project needs.
- Manage contract execution, funding, and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Generate and present reports on contract performance, project status, financial metrics, and key milestones.
- Support strategic business development initiatives, contributing to IDIQ task order captures and growth efforts.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- 15 years of experience in program management, technical leadership, or relevant fields.
- Proven track record of customer engagement, with experience establishing and maintaining trusted partnerships.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical and programmatic concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including personnel from partner organizations.
- Ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously while ensuring successful execution.
- Travel: < 30%
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire (active clearance prefered), and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
Desired Skills:
- Current CI Polygraph.
- Direct experience supporting DIA/MSIC operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience managing multiple task orders across a large ID/IQ contract
