About This Position

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive our business expansion across the North America region. This role is essential in building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategies to increase our market presence. As a Sales Executive, you will leverage your expertise to generate leads and contribute to our revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and has experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NAM region, including prospecting, lead generation, and securing meetings with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution :

  • Collaborate with the Head of Revenue & Sales to develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with marketing, partnerships, product, and customer success teams to align on strategy and deliver an integrated client experience.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help shape product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Position Requirements

    Experience and Skills :

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Experience in managing and growing a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Attributes and Qualifications :

  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Must have the right to live and work in North America and be based in Chicago.
  • Additional Skills (not mandatory but a plus) :

  • Experience with the hospitality industry or related software platforms.
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances in the NAM.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
