Peoplevolve is helping a client hire a Senior Marketing Strategist to help shape the future of their marketing services.
The Senior Marketing Strategist will be pivotal in improving the digital marketing strategies for clients as well as internal marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with other internal teams and leadership to position to drive lead generation and help mentor junior client-facing colleagues.
You'll also be the primary point of contact for certain clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
What You’ll Do
- Marketing Strategy – Enhance and refine marketing service offerings to provide high-impact strategies for clients.
- Internal Marketing Leadership – Oversee internal marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and business growth.
- Sales Team Support – Collaborate with the sales team to effectively position in target market and craft marketing strategies for prospective clients.
- Budget Oversight – Manage and optimize the internal marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation.
- Client Advisory & Account Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for certain clients, developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet their goals.
- Mentorship & Leadership – Guide and mentor Client Advisors to help them grow and provide marketing insights to their clients.
- Performance Tracking & Strategy Optimization – Assist in the creation of a system to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- A deep knowledge of the manufacturing and/or commercial contractor industry and how to market and sell via B2B methods.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple industries.
- Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, social media marketing, email marketing, content strategy, website design, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics.
- Experience managing multiple clients and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
- The ability to lead and conduct strategy and discovery workshops with clients independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present strategies and insights directly to clients.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive measurable results.
- Experience mentoring or leading teams in a marketing environment.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
