Job Summary :
Performs a variety of moderate to complex administrative support for the processing of liability claims in coordination with our Trust. In addition, coordinates the staffing and rental agreements for facility of District facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES generally include the following :
- Collects and compiles information and reports relating to the liability loss exposures and claims experienced by the District.
- Processes requisitions and monitors status of vendor purchase orders relating to liability claims.
- Processes third-party warrants for reimbursement and closes claim file.
- Maintains matrix of all liability losses.
- Coordinates the student accident insurance programs.
- Requests the issuance of certificates of insurance
- Answer inquiries from employees, vendors and Trust representatives relating to facility rental or liability claims.
- Processes invoices, receive and reconcile revenue for District facility rental.
- Provide site training for scheduling software
- Fosters relationships with community and other civic agencies to promote District facility usage.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with school administration, employees and community.
- Participates in the hiring, scheduling, payment and supervision of staff for civic center events.
- Maintains information and publication of costs and procedures for District facility usage.
- Distributes District vehicles checked out to District Administration Center staff.
- Provides quarterly reports to Board for litigation updates.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : A High School Diploma or GED, AND two years of experience in a professional office; OR any equivalent combination of experience and / or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
