Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage management development programs and practices for specific business unit clients.
- Partner with business unit leaders to design and implement programs responding to critical business needs.
- Oversee the results planning process for the Exelon Employee Survey, providing analysis and recommendations to business leaders.
- Develop individual development plans for assigned business units or client groups.
- Build leadership capacity among employees to support business strategy and goals.
