In addition to the traditional outsourced sales agency model, we also distribute goods from over 100,000 sq. ft. of distribution space throughout Texas operating as both a master distributor to the wholesale markets and as an outsourced DC for various manufacturers.

Summary :
Drive sales growth at customer accounts that are outside our typical channels to bring additional opportunities to our manufacturer clients. Execute on sales plans as needed to accomplish the goals of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities :
The Inside Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to grow and develop relationships with the top 300-400 accounts that purchase from Pepco or one of our manufacturer clients but who are not assigned to an HVAC or Plumbing Account Manager. In addition, as the IAM discovers the markets and segments that make up these accounts, they can prospect into new accounts that are in similar to the existing unassigned accounts.
Success at the IAM role will depend on
Data-Driven Insights
Utilizing Salesforce to manage customer interactions, opportunities, and building a contact database for marketing.
Account Planning
Relentless Proactive Outreach
Performance Monitoring
Seeking coaching and feedback from peers and mentors
Finally, the IAM may be assigned other sales objectives as needed by Pepco Sales to accomplish company goals. These may include but are not limited to : Selling dead inventory, Manufacturer promotions, Truck run promotion, other sales efforts to primary customers.

Sales growth with Accounts
New Accounts
Activity Goals
Success at other assigned sales objectives.
Developing accounts and growing the undeveloped segments associated with these accounts will add new manufacturers and segment verticals for Pepco. Successful IAM’s will be recruited for Outside account manager positions and leaders for new segment verticals.
