RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with our managers, employees, and customers to develop relationships
- Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
- Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and product options
- Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around on all deals
- Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
- Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
- Finance Manager must have 4 years’ experience
- Proven customer service experience, including CSI
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Must be self-motivated and a team player
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
