- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash handling accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Stay informed about drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential.
