What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analytical Development and Quality Control Co-op position at PepGen?
The Analytical Development and Quality Control Co-op will support key aspects of the Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls program of PepGen's current pipeline product candidates.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct molar extinction coefficient study for peptide-oligo conjugates and / or oligo intermediates.
- Assist in building the oligonucleotide impurity library to identify and characterize impurities analyzed by tandem mass spectrometry.
- Assist with and review HPLC / MS data analysis.
