Compensation : 62,000 - $75,000
Responsibilities :
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
- Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Provide expert guidance on the local housing market to ensure buyers are informed and confident.
- Prepare all necessary documents for transactions, including representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
- Engage with pre-qualified leads, understanding their needs and wants in a home to offer personalized service.
- Schedule and attend showings, open houses, and accompany buyers throughout the home-buying process.
- Assist clients with budgeting, mortgage options, and navigating the complexities of purchasing a home.
