- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Providing innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience
- Conducting performance reviews
- Being the model of the Pepper Palace Experience
- Exhibiting excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Additional duties as assigned
