Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Accounts Payables Specialist to support our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling accounts payables and receivables, reconciling books, and managing lease agreements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently while taking direction effectively and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management:
- Process and maintain accounts payables and receivables.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and billing.

Reconciliation & Record-Keeping:
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Maintain detailed and organized financial records.

Lease Management:
- Manage lease documentation and ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Assist the retail team in lease management and ensuring terms are aligned.

Software Utilization:
- Utilize Office Suite and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Manage accounting records using QuickBooks.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Work independently while effectively taking direction and collaborating with team members.
- Support financial audits and assist with month-end and year-end closings.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall financial operations.
- Stay updated on accounting practices and software tools to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Proven experience in managing accounts payables and receivables.
- Strong background in reconciling financial books and records.
- Experience with lease management is highly desirable.
