Sales Associate Retail (King of Prussia, PA)

Job Summary:  

Retail Sales Associates are the heart of our in-store experience. This role revolves around fueling our sales engine by providing every visitor with an unparalleled customer experience. Retail Sales Associates are passionate about flavors, enjoy connecting with people, and have an intrinsic drive to sell.

 Duties/Responsibilities:  

Sales Driven Customer Experience:

• Engage every customer with enthusiasm, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Drive sales by recommending and showcasing products that align with the customer's taste and interest.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to answer queries and make informed suggestions.

Store Presentation and Maintenance:

• Assist in keeping the store clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts and report discrepancies.

Team Collaboration:

• Work harmoniously with team members to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Share feedback and insights from customer interactions, aiding in strategy formulation and improvement.

Operational Duties:

• Cash handling, ensuring accurate billing and processing payments.
• Responsible for performing opening and closing duties associated with location.
• Maintain awareness of store security measures and report any suspicious activities to management.

Other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 – 3 years previous experience in retail or sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on effective communication.
• A natural flair for sales and a genuine desire to solve customers' needs.
• Detail-oriented, especially when handling cash or maintaining store presentation.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or on holidays as needed.

Travel Requirements:

• 0 - 5% of the time or as business requires.
