Seeking a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on multitasker who understands the inner workings of digital media and influencer campaign management, and knows how to get the job done with style. We want someone who can manage the back end and make sure that projects stay on timeline and teams stay on task without interruption or logistical issues. Seeking a quick thinker who is meticulously organized and can maintain and process a high volume of information as well as physical inventory. We want someone who knows how to efficiently communicate with both shippers, messengers, clients and talent and do so with finesse on all fronts. Looking for an inventory manager with a fashion pedigree, who knows the importance of handling PR gifting with a white glove, personalized touch and effective, quick service. This is a fast-paced but rewarding position, and a quick stepping stone to account management for the go-getter who gets it right.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Influencer Relations & Program Coordination
Create, update and maintain internal and client facing talent lists
Support with sending and filing talent contracts for pepper influencer campaigns
Ongoing updating and management of gifting and seeding program logistics
documents including inventory linesheets, look books, campaign planners, face sheets etc.
Assist with basic talent communications - gifting outreach, product coordination, tracking communication, go-live approvals, etc.
Updating and maintaining organized project folders in google drive, dropbox, and other shared drives
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly support in reporting on placements secured, to include
Posting screen grabs and recordings and analytics numbers calculations and updates.
Ad-hoc support with produced social content for clients
Shipping and Logistics
Oversee, delivery, tracking, and scanning of mail and packages
Coordinate inbound & outbound freight
Receiving & Shipping, managing packaging, preparation, unboxing and organization of all inventory items large and small
Physical inspection of products to report all flawed and damaged items
Oversee maintenance and management of inventory space
Oversee supply needs ensuring branded materials, packaging, shipping supplies are all in stock at all times
Manage communications with third party shippers, carriers and messenger services
Arrange and coordinate messenger pickups and drop-offs of PR packages to talent and VIP clients
You will maintain consistent, productive and efficient performance in all logistics stations
You will handle assigned logistics processes with full understanding of Production systems, reports and tools
Perform day to day tasks revolving around PR Gifting and product seeding operations
including daily communication within cross-departmental and also external parties
Review vendor documentation for accuracy and communication/follow-up on discrepancies.
Schedule all pickup and delivery from Carriers
Create elevated gift packages that include handwritten notes and impeccably displayed packaging
Perform all Operational/ Fulfillment Tasks that support departments when needed
Step in to client and talent communications to provide effective, personable updates on tracking, shipping and inventory
Troubleshoot any urgent shipping and inventory logistics and issues directly with client and / or talent

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
