Experienced Customer Happiness Team Member

We are currently looking for a friendly and energetic Experienced Customer Happiness Team Member to come and join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers and stakeholders
- Respond to multiple customer queries promptly and professionally via various communication channels (email, phone and chat)
- Engage in outbound call follow ups to customers in regards to new and existing orders
- Resolve customer complaints where applicable and within specified timeframes or refer to the correct department to ensure commitments are followed through to resolution
- Liaise with the warehouse and appropriate stakeholders to ensure deliveries are met
- Ensure all customer contact is accurately recorded in the appropriate systems/ databases to assist with future contact or follow-up
- Maintain an up to date and accurate knowledge of ongoing marketing campaigns, product benefits as well as all product pricing
- Maintain high first contact resolution and low reply per resolve rate
- Deal with all stakeholders including suppliers and other team member in a respectful and professional manner
Requirements:

- Excellent phone manner
- Knowledge of social media tools, including Facebook and Instagram
- Moderate computer skills
- Demonstrated experience using Shopify and ReAmaze an advantage
