What are the responsibilities and job description for the Arcade Attendant position at Peppermill Resort Hotel?
The Arcade Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest service needs are met regarding purchases, prize redemption and game play in the arcade. This is a fun and exciting environment that allows you to make guest experiences memorable.
Duties:
- Providing superior guest service
- Instruct guests on the products of the facility and how to use them (i.e. games, debit card system, redemption purchases and arcade club)
- Sell debit cards, redemption tickets and party packages.
- Redeem redemption merchandise.
- Create guest accounts.
- Communicate any equipment malfunction to technician, lead, or manager.
- Cleaning, detailing, and testing games.
- Ensure all guests are following the rules.
- Communicate any guest or other issues to a lead or manager.
Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to interact well with children and adults.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. from the floor.
