The Internet Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization and strategy to delivery and analysis, as well as manage and grow presence across key social platforms.
Duties:
Email Marketing
- Design mobile-responsive email templates that reflect brand guidelines and drive conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance.
- Maintain and grow email subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Segment audiences and personalize content to improve engagement rates

Social Media
- Create engaging multimedia content including short-form videos, Stories, Reels, and static posts.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Handle community management and customer engagement.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including gaming, sales, and other departments, to manage the brand’s reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate impactful campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on email and social media
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Knowledge of video editing tools and social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Experience using data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure campaign performance and inform decisions.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
