What are the responsibilities and job description for the Craft Technician II position at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino?
The Craft Technician II is responsible for maintaining and repairing the appearance of the casino, restaurants, and common areas. Additionally, they will assist outside contractors with specialty lighting, upholstery, mirrors, and glass replacement.

- Maintain the cosmetic aesthetics of the casino and upkeep of common areas.
- Repair and replace ceramic and natural stone tiles throughout the property.
- Assist carpenters and craft technicians with daily jobs.
- Repair and replace vinyl and linoleum tile and molding.
- Maintain an orderly schedule of preventive maintenance in all assigned areas.
- Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure to management.
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required.
- Three years in the tile trade with experience in ceramic flooring and wall tile.
- Must be able to communicate the English language verbally and in writing.
- Must be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadline pressures.
- Must be able to maintain high levels of confidence.
