The Laundry Attendant is to complete daily production workload in a timely manner, consistently providing quality standards in all areas of laundry operations.

- Work in soil-sorting area of Laundry, sorting linens from conveyer to laundry carts
- Work in washroom area, operating all washers and dryers according to procedures regarding established loading weights, soil classification formulas and drying times
- Work in finishing area, processing linens, toweling and uniforms with quality results
- Must understand and adhere to all safety procedures
- Follow directions and interact with others in a positive manner
- Ability to count items numerically
- Lift weights over 40 pounds consistently
- Speak some English
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time; able to bend, stretch reach and stoop on a continual basis
- Good vision and hearing capabilities to ensure safety while working around equipment
