Lead Textile/Floor Cleaning Technicians are to maintain all textiles throughout Western Village Inn & Casino properties.

- Maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance, throughout the public areas.
- Respond promptly to needs of company.
- Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposures to shift supervisor.
- Attend and successfully complete all internal training courses and requirements.
- Provide the necessary training to team members on all aspects of carpet/textile cleaning, equipment uses, chemical use.
- Must be able to accurately read and write the correct time of day.
- Must be knowledgeable of all public areas’ locations (guest service)
- Must be able to communicate, read and write in English
- This position will primarily cover the cleaning shift supervisor’s days off
- Manage and support the cleaning team, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent required
- Minimum of three years of experience in carpet restoration and cleaning
- Be organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must be able to maintain high levels of confidence
