The Hair Stylist performs professional cuts, styles, chemical services and therapeutic hair and scalp treatments. Services will be done in the luxurious environment of the Toscana Spa where the highest level of customer service and quality is expected.
Duties :
- Provide consistent professional hair treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation skills and train in our spa’s specific hair and scalp service offerings.
- Attention to detail including the ability to be alert in a high-risk environment.
- Clearly present information through interpersonal communication by talking with guests and listening well.
- Team oriented, displaying enthusiasm while promoting a friendly group work environment.
- Be on time for shifts, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
- Demonstrate a high level of service delivery and ability to do what is necessary to ensure guest satisfaction; deal with service challenges and prioritize guest needs.
- Display strong decision making and problem-solving skills and proactively aid in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of the issues.
