Job Description
The Roof Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all roof tops on property.
Duties :
- Must have the ability to maintain clean roof top areas.
- Must be able to schedule work with vendors.
- Have basic knowledge of working with hand and power tools, in establishing effective maintenance scheduling of all roof tops.
- Must have the ability to work around electrical and water and gas feed lines.
- Must maintain an orderly schedule of preventative maintenance throughout the property.
- Must use all safety equipment as required.
- Maintain constant awareness of safety problems and report unsafe conditions and exposure to shift supervisor immediately.
- Attend and successfully complete all training courses and requirements.
- Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.
- Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the code of conduct and the attendance and appearance policies.
