Summary

We are seeking an Expoditer to join our dynamic team at Peppino's Downtown Sports Lounge. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Manage the expediting process to maintain high standards of service during peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with servers to relay orders and special requests from guests.
• Monitor food presentation and quality before it leaves the kitchen.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
• A passion for food and customer service is essential.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
