Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their takeout orders.
- Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensuring all details are correct.
- Prepare food items for takeout, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Previous experience in hotel or guest services is beneficial but not required.
