Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Oversee daily field process to ensure adherence to SOPs set forth by corporate. Review and analyze financial data for accuracy and trends. Act as a liaison for field finance IT support for selling and AR systems. Provide support to field offices. Collaborate with other departments (sales, warehouse, corporate, etc.) to facilitate workflow and maintain compliance with established financial processes. Prepare reconciliations and reports. Provide backup support for Divisional FPMs and perform other duties as directed.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Reviews and analyzes field financial data including, but not limited to, cash, accounts receivable, perform route registration, miscellaneous financial deposits, returned checks, etc.
- Acts as a liaison for field finance IT support for selling and AR systems.
- Provide support to field admin; answer questions and problem-solve.
- Collaborates with other departments (sales, warehouse, corporate, etc.) to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support field admin.
- Research for RSD and RSM’s.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years experience in an office manager or lead position, preferably with accounting experience.
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build consensus among diverse groups.
- Adept at training and motivating others.
- Extensive analytical, verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Able to troubleshoot and problem-solve on an ad hoc basis.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills, but still able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills including SAP, EXCEL, Word, Internet, etc. Familiarity with UXT is a plus.

EQUIPMENT USED
Computer/keyboard, vehicle, calculator, 10-key calculator, handheld, Microsoft Office applications, and all common office equipment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English proficiently.
