Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Maintains organized and accurate processing and filing of shipping and receiving documents, appointment logs, and inventory related functions. Supports warehouse supervisory staff daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Serves as a direct checker: checks all drivers in and out and coordinates 30 inbound trucks and 90-outbound trucks per day.
- Schedules all inbound and outbound trailers for plant. Checks all products (raw materials, purchase product, and inbound) for contract transport haulers and from PBV warehouses.
- Reconciles /confirms all shipping documents.
- Manages all purchase orders.
- Maintains shipping and receiving documents/logs for audits.
- Processes load tickets, prepares Bill of Lading (BOL), and monitors production scheduling to meet load demands.
- Manages and prepares spreadsheets and SAP.
- Manages cross docking, load tracker, product loading, and vendors.
- Inspects inbound trailers.
- Supports inventory team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent or two (2) to three (3) years’ related experience.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to interact and communicate with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Focused and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of warehouse and trucking regulations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Leadership skills in working with warehouse supervisor staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Routine, repetitive, and fast-paced job requiring moderate amount of mental or visual alertness and effort.
Physical Functions
Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb, walk, stand, and lift up to 15-50 pounds. Frequently (34%-66%) required to sit.
EQUIPMENT USED
Computer literate in SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Familiar with Forklift operations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
None required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English proficiently. Spanish is a plus.
