Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Bulk CR to join our team.

Bulk CR Role Overview
Fully executes all CDA elements, builds and maintains professional relationships with all customers, provides training, as needed, for new hires, and maintains PBV merchandising standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Rotates and Merchandises product on gondolas, racks, coolers and displays.
- Performs one-on-one selling with store owner/manager, including retail negotiating.
- Cleans and maintains shelves, gondola, coolers, and back room space.
- Performs proper product ordering to ensure zero out-of-stocks.
- Creates and utilizes point of sale signage.
- Executes all CDA elements.
- Communicates issues with Pre-Sell Manager and Key Account Manager.
- Follows company rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- One (1) year of experience in route sales preferred.
- Positive attitude and must be detail-oriented.
- Perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
- Work in a team environment.
- Meet PBV driving qualifications.
- Work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
