Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina for Summer 2025.

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo products. We do business in four states and sell PepsiCo products to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

$15-$20 an hour

Financial Planning & Analysis Intern Overview
Support the finance team with data analysis, report preparation, and assisting with the forecasting process.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.
- Report Preparation: Prepare financial reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, potentially by assisting with data entry, model creation, or analysis. Analyze variances between actual, plan and prior year.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models for specific costs such as fuel, utilities, and wages to understand and analyze the cost drivers and provide insights for forecasting.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments and teams to gather information and support business decisions.
- Learning and Development: Gain experience in FP&A processes, tools, and techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or studying toward a degree in Finance or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Power Query, Pivot Tables)
- An understanding of basic accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented.
$15-$20 an hour
