Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC!

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager Overview
To allow PBV to forecast our business demands across the long-term horizon, optimize our production and capacity to mitigate risks, and maximize profit. The Integrated Business Planning Manager will be a dedicated executive resource with expertise to guide the monthly process across Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance functions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead the agenda coordination and drive key alignment points across the periodic IBP (Integrated Business Planning) cycle for PBV.
Support commercial and supply chain tools and technology initiatives supporting the IBP process.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key performance metrics and progress toward business goals.
Identify potential risks and support strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity.
Drive decision-making by reporting and presenting the various scenarios and their consequences to stakeholders and senior management.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
Five to seven (5-7) years of relevant experience.
Planning experience in large complex organizations.
Project or Transformation Management experience.
Able to influence senior leadership with strong oral/written communication skills.
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers.
Capable of making deep-dive analyses while maintaining a high-level overview.
Ability to flex style and respond to dynamic situations.
Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads.
Results-driven and demonstrate ownership and accountability.
Identifies opportunities and drives improvements.
Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
Able to travel up to 10% of the time.
