Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Manufacturing Reliability Intern to join our team in Garner, North Carolina for Summer 2025.

Manufacturing Reliability Intern Overview
The Manufacturing Reliability Intern position provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in manufacturing and reliability engineering. As an intern, you will support the manufacturing process, ensuring the reliability and maintenance of our equipment and systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
$15-$20 an hour

Manufacturing Reliability Intern Overview
The Manufacturing Reliability Intern position provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in manufacturing and reliability engineering. As an intern, you will support the manufacturing process, ensuring the reliability and maintenance of our equipment and systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support production teams in optimizing current preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist in managing processes and scheduling asset overhaul events
- Retrieve and analyze production data from overall equipment effectiveness software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address reliability issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve product reliability
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of reliability engineering documents and databases
- Document and report findings, provide insights and recommendations to the engineering team
- High School Diploma or currently enrolled in a college program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in manufacturing, reliability engineering or related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Must be able to travel up to 50% by car
$15-$20 an hour
