Responsibilities/Duties:

PAY RATE between $20.60/hr.
10% Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd shift!
Schedule: 11p-6a

Purpose of Job: Manufactures syrup that is used in the bottling process from concentrate.

Job Duties:

• Blends syrup.
• Calculates number of concentrate flavor units required by converting production case figures to equivalent finished gallons of syrup.
• Builds recipes to specifications.
• Receives concentrate and high fructose corn syrup.
• Maintains concentrate and high fructose corn syrup inventory.
• Conducts associated lab duties.
• Follows all company rules and regulations.
• Performs housekeeping duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Schedule: 11p-6a

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year production or technical experience preferred.
• Good Manufacturing Practices background preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills, good written and oral communication skills, and good organizational skills.
• An analytical thought process and good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be able to follow established procedures without deviation.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand.
• Frequently (34%-66%) required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must occasionally (0%-33%) sit, climb, stand, and walk.
• Must be able to push up to 600 pounds of concentrate with the assistance of a hand truck or electric forklift.
