**Job Summary:**
The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of supply chain activities. This includes sourcing and procurement of materials, managing inventory levels, and coordinating transportation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all activities related to sourcing and procurement of necessary manufacturing materials and supplies.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper inventory days of supply in all distribution centers.
- Develop and execute corrective actions to address supply issues.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional departments (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales) and external suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal and external transportation teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2 years minimum experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse management.
- Proficient in MS Excel to include statistical analysis, data collection, charts and pivot tables.
- Computer literate in Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
