Crisp Container Company is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Manager in Training to join our team and prepare for future leadership opportunities.

The focus of this position will be in Logistics and Transportation . The Manager In Training position would require, but is not limited to, the following skill sets and responsibilities :

  • Support daily logistics operations, including managing warehouse, transportation, inventory, and delivery systems.
  • Work with teams to identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows.
  • Assist in overseeing staff, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance standards are met.
  • Analyze and report on operational performance, including KPIs and cost management.
  • Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic logistics plans.

Qualifications :

  • 1 to 2 years of previous managerial experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • A strong interest in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, online research, and typing / editing reports

    • Pay Information :

  • 50,000.00 per year to $70,000.00 per year.
  • The range depends on experience.
