What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Pepsi MidAmerica?
Pepsi MidAmerica has proudly distributed quality beverages throughout portions of Illinois, Missouri area. As PMA continues to grow, we are looking for an Office Manager to join our team.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (Hours may flex do to routes arrivals)
Job Duties:
- Manages all elements of the office, including correspondences, reports, data and meeting management
- Assists in working with management team on daily basis on submitting and paying bills for depot.
- Answers phone and is able to field various questions from customers, vendors, applicants and employees.
- Receives and processes all donation requests.
- Develops, monitors and provides reports on key organizational metrics.
- Provides administrative support for management team and employees.
- Assists with execution of semi-annual trade visits.
- Responds to auditing and recon issues for route drivers and helps complete correct paperwork to avoid any deductions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Ability to multi-task
