What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Service position at Pepsi MidAmerica?

Vending Technicians do equipment placement, service and repair a wide range of vending machines, fountain soda machines, coolers and bar guns in local schools, businesses, and restaurants.
Technicians are provided with a Pepsi fleet vehicle and are expected to have their own basic tools.
Schedule is either Monday through Friday, or Tuesday through Saturday and 40 hours per week.
Valid Driver’s License required; must be able to obtain/maintain a DOT Medical Certification.
The ideal candidate would be mechanically inclined, have the ability to problem solve, have the ability to frequently lift, pull and/or push up to 50 pounds, bend over, reach above head height and kneel and have a basic knowledge of tools. Candidates must be willing to work evenings & weekends as needed for weekly rotating on-call schedule. We will provide training. You do not have to have experience with vending machine maintenance.
