What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate a variety of cool machinery safely and efficiently
- Select Items from Lightspeed for totes.
- Cycle Counts & Inventory
- Monitor and tweak production for top performance
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Handle materials, load and unload supplies like a pro
- Conduct quality checks and report any hiccups
- Keep your workspace spotless and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture
- Collaborate with your crew to smash production goals
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or production (bonus points!)
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to operate machinery
- Eagle-eyed attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
