Pepsi MidAmerica is a family-owned company with a rich tradition of investing in community good will. Our family of over 900 members spans Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas.
We are currently looking to expand our membership so that we can continue to build the relationships that have defined our company for over 85 years.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising Excellence: Implement planograms and company guidelines to create attractive product displays in retail stores.
Product Restocking: Regularly replenish shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain product availability and freshness.
Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of inventory levels, track product expiration dates, and report discrepancies as needed.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel to ensure product visibility and shelf space.
Product Rotation: Ensure that older stock is sold before newer stock, minimizing waste, and maximizing product freshness.
Market Insights: Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance our product placement strategies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products are stored and presented in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations, while performing all job duties.
Route Assistance: Assist with local routes or deliveries as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement may be provided for travel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical capability to lift and move product cases and displays.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and dependable.
- Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
