What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Team Supervisor position at PepsiCo / Frito-Lay?
Work Schedule:
Thursday: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping and Safety
- Maintain all housekeeping and safety standards daily.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and site-wide policies, including the Code of Conduct.
Team Leadership and Development
- Work with the leadership team to improve processes and reinforce changes through coaching.
- Develop and motivate the team to solve daily operational issues and achieve short- and long-term performance goals.
- Conduct performance coaching and provide timely feedback to employees.
Operational Support
- Run reports from technical systems.
- Perform time edits, changes, and approvals using Kronos.
- Reconcile shift performance using functional business systems.
- Utilize troubleshooting capabilities to solve operational issues related to IPM, ICS, SAP, and inventory.
Decision-Making and Collaboration
- Make cross-functional decisions daily.
- Lead run-right venues such as pre-shift, mid-shift, and department-wide meetings.
- Perform site escalation processes to address performance or personnel issues.
Training and Capability Management
- Ensure required training, including the 30-60-90 process, is completed on time.
- Assess and communicate capability gaps.
Administrative Duties
- Flex daily staffing needs as required.
- Log and escalate unresolved operational issues via help tickets.
- Deliver attendance accountability as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is $53,600 to $80,450.
- Actual starting salary will be determined by location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education.
Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus with a target payout of 5% of annual salary.
Paid Time Off: Includes paid parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement leave (subject to eligibility).

Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Dock coordinator experience
- Verbal and Written Communication with Supervisors, Peers, and Direct Reports
