Server Job Description
Duties:
- Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and ensuring a positive dining experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting of at least 1 year
-Being able to upsell to your guests and have great communication skills is a huge plus
-Being able to work under pressure and fast paced restaurant as there are times we will get very busy very quickly
-Handling situations with maturity and able to work as a team and with a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures is a plus
