RN Case Manager
Kaiser Downey seeking RN Case Manager to work 13 week assignment. 36 hour work week / Day shift 7 : 00am-7 : 30pm.
Required : CA RN, BLS. Preferred : BSN, MSN, CCMC or ACM, 2-3 years experience of acute care nursing. Responsibilities : Facilitate Discharge planning and coordinates Safe discharge to the next level care . Performs Interqual, Initial and concurrent assessment.
Pay : $2598.00 gross per 36hr work week. Paid weekly.
