Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of semiconductor products to clients in the automotive sector.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of multiple accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a small, high-performing sales team in the United States.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on semiconductors in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts.
- Established network of contacts within the automotive sector.
- Experience working in small to medium-sized companies, with a hands-on approach to business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
