JOB SUMMARY
As a Field Application Engineer , you will act as the technical interface between the company and its customers, providing expert support on power electronics products and assisting with system-level integration, troubleshooting, and technical presentations. This role involves collaborating with the sales team and R&D to deliver optimal solutions tailored to customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide pre-and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Assist with the design-in and integration of power converters into customer systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Collect and report customer feedback to support product development and improvement.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical needs.
