Per Mar Security Services is seeking Entry Level and Experienced Security Officers to join our expanding team! Are you looking to change careers? Need a foot in the door for a new start?

19 per hour . Full-Time 40 hours per week.

Primary working locations-Elkhart County-LaGrange County

While these would be their primary working locations, the ability to go into the neighboring nearest counties in any direction is an expectation should it be needed for additional cross-training or to help with short-term temp jobs.

Starting wage will be $19.00 with a set $0.25 rate increase every three months from the date of hire with expectations that you are continuing to perform well both in training and covering positions as needed.  At the end of 1 year you  will have earned the increase to the full $20.00 flex rate.

Requirements :   full driving ability without any restrictions, be flexible to work scheduled and / or last minute shifts, and be able to cover shifts at any and all hours of the day or night in their respective locations.
