Job Skills / Requirements
In this role, you will:
? Directly supervise Lead Officers and Security Officers.
? Schedule Lead Officers and Security Officers.
? Assist with the preparation and communication of Standard Operating Procedures.
? Assist with interviewing prospective employees.
? Act as liaison between assigned client and the branch office.
? Assist with the resolution of client issues and complaints.
? Communicate with General or Operations Manager on regular basis.
? Review and ensure all payroll information is accurate for employees at the assigned account.
? Oversee training of all Security Officers at assigned accounts.
? Maintain, review and distribute required reports and records.
? Conduct regular security post checks at the assigned account.
? Enforce and maintain measures to control overtime and training costs.
? Maintain a positive work atmosphere
? As this position develops, the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.
? Train each new hire and current staff as needed and continually mentor staff in order to assist in the successful performance of your direct report(s).
Minimum Requirements:
? High School Diploma or G.E.D
? Two - Four years supervisory and/or security experience and/or relatable work experience.
? A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
? Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed in Wisconsin.
? Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Internet skills required.
? Must have extensive experience in writing reports and correspondence.
? Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
? Must be able to effectively work with people at all levels of the organization internally and externally.
? Must be able to physically perform all Security Officer duties on all shifts and the site(s) supervised.
? Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
? Must pass drug screen on-site at time of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Security Industry Experience
- Experience Maintaining Control Access/Points of Entry
- CCTV Monitoring
- Use of Saiful for Incident Reporting
- Excellent Customer Service and Effective Communication Skills
- Ability to perform several walking tours per shift
