TITLE : National Vice President of Public Works
LOCATION : Texas
COMPENSATION $160-$200 (DOE) with 20% bonus, ESOP 20% and performance bonus; benefits, relocation package
As National Vice President of Public Works, you will be a visionary leader to drive growth and success in a thriving market. And provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the company's public works operations across Texas, overseeing all aspects of project delivery, business development, and team management
Qualifications :
- Education : BS degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred. PE preferred
- Experience : 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the public works industry, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale projects and teams.
- Past experience in designing and project management experience overseeing / checking design and current business development
- Knowledge & Skills :
- Deep understanding of the public works sector in Texas, including regulatory requirements, procurement processes, and key stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
