Per Sé Group is working with an ENR top-ranked Mechanical contractor looking to hire a Traveling Mechanical Project Manager II. Travel would be nationwide for long-term projects in the industrial and large-scale commercial construction sectors. This role works across all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines, and communication are maintained.

Per Sé Group is working with an ENR top-ranked Mechanical contractor looking to hire a Traveling Mechanical Project Manager II. Travel would be nationwide for long-term projects in the industrial and large-scale commercial construction sectors. This role works across all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines, and communication are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Work with the general contractor in the development of the overall project schedule
- Develop weekly and bi-weekly plans to support and drive the schedule
- Review, organize, and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs and more
- Manage change orders
- Maintain equipment and tool tracking logs
- Help prepare project estimates as needed
- Manage and track all financial and reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with both general contractors and owners
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC/Mechanical construction space
- Large-scale commercial and/or industrial construction project background required
- BS in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred
